I'm a Lead Product Designer at Booking.com, helping shape the future of alternative accommodations1—the biggest growth driver for the world's largest online travel marketplace.
I'm all about impact, not just output.
My approach, in a nutshell, is: get things done get the right things done, the right way. Whether that means bringing stakeholders together to collectively define a strategic vision, leading a UX team, pitching ideas, or diving into the craft myself, I'm in for the full journey—as long as we create meaningful experiences for the customer and deliver results for the business.
Current focus
As part of my work, I collaborate closely with strategy, product, and business leadership, focusing on forward-looking strategic investments at Booking.com. While details are covered by NDA, in general, my primary areas of focus and impact have been:
- User base growth,
- Expanding Fintech tools for B2B/enterprise users,
- Enhancing customer experience and strengthening customer support with GenAI,
- and strengthening the trust and safety value proposition with the introduction and enrichment of related product features.
How I work
I nurture a versatile skill set—from bringing people together to identify product and business opportunities and exploring market fit, to overseeing end-to-end product design and shipping. I also enjoy pushing the boundaries of design tools, coding, and staying hands-on with the latest tech2.
Beyond my own work, I love helping others grow. I've mentored over 10 designers at Booking.com and currently guide three mentees in a long-term program.
